"everything was packed loose in the same bag which is odd, there were brownie crumbs on the breakfast sandwich. I know soooooooo nit picky but I just thought it was weird especially with the high quality of the food. still 5 stars because it's not that big of a deal and the venoiserie is so good."
"Chez Fred... il n'y a pas de comparaison. La meilleure boulangerie en ville, les croissants, exceptionnels. Pour les meilleurs week ends, ça prend les mies de chez Fred. Fraîcheur, petits sacs cirés pour garder les viennoiseries plusieurs jours, c'est velouté, pas de pain ou de croissants à l'eau. Du beurre, de l'amour. Longue vie à cette boulangerie. Bijou de Montréal."

"My favourite neighbourhood boulangerie et Patisserie in NDG. arguably the best croissant in the city! everything is always fast, fresh and delicious, as well as very reasonably priced. love their coffee, espresso and, especially, their Double Latte with pat milk. :)"
"Worth for the price. Honestly I didn't expect I receive a big crep. Just I wish I knew there is spinach in the Crêpe Poulet / Chicken Crepe since I don't like spinach. Croissant Omelette-Jambon / Ham-Cheese Omelet was a bit greasy."

"Fleur de Pistaches was on point, a perfect example of how to translate text into culinary artwork. i like pistachio desserts, however most shops add too much sugar and less pistachio or just low-quality pistachios i guess. Not here though. in short, pistachio floral and fruity notes are bold but not strong, structured and delightful. another dessert is the bounty, which contains coconut and passion fruit. i found it surprising, especially because im not such a fan of exotic and tropical fruits but this one was definitely a pleasant ride! tl;dr: must try!"
"Very polarizing, the pastries are probably one of the best pastries I have ever had, pretty much perfect, absolutely would recommend, holding back on how sweet the pastry is, is a fantastic choice where I noticed many other bakeries tend to try to make their pastries as sweet as possible.
Their Sandwich jambon et brie on the other hand is so awful I would say it's a scam. missing ingredients, no mayonnaise, no apple, not warmed, just dry cold bread with an extremely conservative amount of meat, and a small singular piece of cheese that you wouldn't taste in 90% of the sandwich topping a singular piece of welting spinach for the price of 11 dollars is a joke.
TLDR:
pastries = fantastic, amazing
sandwich = A complete scam"

"The Florentine eggs Benedict was very good, the hollandaise sauce was white instead of yellow and didn't quite taste like hollandaise but it was good. The potatoes were absolutely delicious. I had an issue with the baked beans - they had meat in them!! Nowhere in the menu does it say there's meat in the beans and normally baked beans aren't supposed to have meat in them. I even ordered extra which was a waste since I don't eat meat."

"I ordered this for my mother in law in Montreal (I'm in Calgary)! It was her birthday and they all lived the donuts! They said it was very flavourful and they didn't even eat the cake they had for her! The donuts were apparently so fresh and yummy! Thanks again for the nice variety and next time I'm in Montreal,I'll do try it!"
"Homer’s Donuts is absolutely top-notch! The donuts are always fresh, soft, and packed with flavor — you can tell they're made with care. The pistachio and classic glazed are my go-tos, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
The staff are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Huge shoutout to Hussein - thank you! Their service makes the experience even better."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Desserts Etc has become one of my favorite dessert spots on DoorDash! The Ferrero Rocher mousse is absolutely incredible—rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. It's honestly one of the best dessert cups I've ever had.
The traditional Nanaimo bars are just as amazing. They have that perfect classic taste with a creamy filling and a delicious chocolate topping. Every bite reminds me why I keep coming back.
The quality is consistently excellent, everything arrives fresh, and I enjoy these desserts so much that I honestly order them almost every week. If you're a dessert lover, I highly recommend giving Desserts Etc a try. You won't be disappointed!"

"One of the best pancakes we ever had! Thank you! Everything was packaged perfectly! The home made pastries tasted perfect!"
"Food was good but due to the driver taking over an hr for a 9 minute drive everything was cold. The image of the waffle I ordered have lots of fruit on it but when I got it was just the waffle and maple syrup which seems expensive for $11.99. There was no options in the menu to add fruit at an extra cost so I don't know why they had fruit in the picture.
Everything else was very good they, included cutlery and napkins and even pepper as I had requested so I was happy with that. Some of the bacon was a little bit undercooked but they did follow my request to substitute the sausage for bacon which was appreciated.
The smoothie was good but I again the driver took so long it was lukewarm and I had to add a ton of ice to it to cool it back down. Would have liked to be able to review it when it was fresh and cold. I'm assuming they put crushed ice in it but I don't know because I was warm/melted. My coffee was completely missing but again I feel like that was potentially the driver?!"

"My go to for brekky!! The spinach wrap is my favorite breakfast item I think ever. I love the egg bacon sandwich on brioche and the ham and swiss sandwich is super yummy too. Coffees are always good but I wish that I could add specifications to my cappuccino as I like both cinnamon and chocolate on top. The no substitution option is my only complaint. "
"As I was being handed the bag, the coffees spilled all over the floor at my door. Clearly the coffee covers were not secured properly."

"First time trying, i got the Libano salad and it wa just so good. Their pomgrenatelabneh spread mixed with the radicchio and their caramelised pecans was just amazing. I really recommend "
"I ordered the "2-for-1" promotion from Alma, which came to a total of $40 before tip. Based on their advertising and pricing, this order was meant to represent an $80 value.
Instead, what arrived was incredibly disappointing and a clear misrepresentation of what is marketed.
The primary issues with this order include:
• Ingredient Substitution & False Advertising: I paid an additional $6 upcharge per salad specifically to add grilled chicken breast. After tax and the 2-for-1 valuation, this should represent $30 worth of premium grilled chicken after taxes. Instead, the restaurant substituted freshly grilled chicken breast with cheap, pre-sliced processed deli meat. For individuals tracking their nutrition or avoiding high sodium and nitrates, this is a major issue.
• Quantity and Value Discrepancy: The salads arrived barely half-full in disposable cardboard bowls. The volume of food provided does not remotely align with a premium price point, let alone the advertised value.
• Marketing vs. Reality: I have attached screenshots of how Alma advertises their salads online next to photos of the actual items delivered. The difference is night and day. The promotional photos show beautifully curated, full bowls with high-quality ingredients, while the actual product looks like a low-tier, assembly-line afterthought.
Paying premium prices for low-grade deli meat substitutions is completely unacceptable. If you expect grilled chicken and a full, high-quality meal as advertised, look elsewhere."
