"When I first opened it I thought it was oxtail. The chicken was cut like oxtail and in many pieces. There was more bone than meat. "Lorna’s served a meal that tasted like home cooking done right. The Brown Stew Chicken came tender and deeply seasoned, sitting in a rich savory gravy I wanted on everything. The pineapple juice was fresh and bright, a cool balance to all that warm spice. It arrived hot, packed clean, and exactly as ordered. Big portions, real flavor, and worth every dollar. "This food was absolutely phenomenal! We ordered Oxtail, BBQ Ribs, Brown Stewed Chicken, 1 Lb Jerked Chicken, and a Large Flop. Everything was flavorful, tender, delicious, and the portions were huge! The rice had so much gravy on it which is usually lacking from other restaurants. The veggies were so good and seasoned. The only thing that I would change with this is including more plantains because they were so good that I wanted more! I am so glad that this place was open late and I ordered from here. "I'm pleased with my food. Kasa champêtre sometimes miss the mark but overall the food is always great. Poisson / Fish *X-Large* was well seasoned and well fried. There was 3 pieces of fried plantains I wish they added at least a couple more. Both rice tasted great and cooked well. I'm happy with the bean puree because sometimes it's either too runny or bland but today it's perfect. I appreciate the extra sauce and pikliz!

"Lomo Saltado (sautéed beef) is oneof my fav dishes and no one makes it like La Granja! The tender beef, sautéed onions, charred tomatoes on top of a bed of fries. The best part of this meal is the sauce. The cilantro, spices, soy sauce and garlic get absorbed by the fries and scoop of rice. I cannotwait to order this again! "
"Overall the meal was very flavorful and satisfying. The Garlic Fish with Shrimp was the highlight of the order. While the fish wasn’t as flaky as I expected, the flavor was incredible. The garlic sauce was rich and packed with taste, and the shrimp paired really well with the dish. It was definitely the standout item.
The Chicken Fried Rice was good and well seasoned. It wasn’t my first choice—I originally wanted the seafood fried rice, which I’ve had before and enjoyed—but the chicken fried rice still delivered solid flavor and a nice portion size.
The Tres Leches dessert unfortunately didn’t do it for me. The texture and flavor weren’t what I was expecting from a traditional tres leches, so it was the weakest part of the meal.
Overall, the main dishes were very flavorful and worth ordering, especially the garlic fish with shrimp. Despite the dessert not being my favorite, the meal itself was still enjoyable."

"Our favorite Haitian restaurant! We couldn't help but to start eating first before we took the pic. The portion is always great! We can normally get 2 full servings out of one plate and it's super delicious!!!! Our #1 GO TO FOR HAITIAN CUISINE!
Finding Malta is another hard thing in Florida if you don't go to a Caribbean store/restaurant so this was a great plus! We've also had their Passion Fruit Juice many times and it's always AMAZING! "
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Hands down the BEST Haitian food I’ve ever had in my life! Every bite is a tender explosion of flavors — perfectly seasoned, rich, and unforgettable. The quality of the meat, the herbs, and the spices are out of this world. They never miss — the consistency is unreal.
I’ve tried every dish on the menu, and each one is crafted with care and mastery like no other. The presentation looks exactly like the photos on social media — beautiful and appetizing every single time.
Honestly, this place has everything it takes to become the first Michelin-starred Haitian restaurant — ingredient quality, mastery of flavor and technique, the chef’s unique personality in every dish, unbeatable value, and consistent excellence over time.
If you want true Haitian cuisine at its finest — this is it."

"I ordered from here 2 or 3 times and each time the food quality was great and flavor was amazing. First time was the wings with the special sauce which is a sweet sauce (not over powering) and great on the Mac and black rice love it. The grilled porks is to die for. The flavor on the chops is not your typical seasoning you threw on something it's different and fire frfr. I was hesitant at first but I'll order the chops and wings without thinking about twice and good portions for 2!!!!! The Mac, black rice, and garlic bread is good. Also the sauce they give you for the rice idk what is it but it's good."
"I had the oxtail oh my! Absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. You could really taste the care and quality in every bite. The presentation was beautiful, the portions were satisfying, and the flavors were on point."

"The food was SO good! One of the best curry chicken meals, it was hot & fresh and they put the extra gravy as I wished! Everything was great down to the red pea soup and very big portion on the meal. Def worth the money if your looking for some real deal Jamaican food :) "
"Perfection! I was having a craving for some nice "back home food". The Liver & Onions hit the spot! "love love loveeee this restaurant. always just the right amount to fill you up. the griot is seasoned to perfection & its always fresh. i would definitely put this restaurant in my top 3 picks."
"I ordered "Normal" fried pork, however, I received fried pork in stew. Also, I was really looking forward to some good pikliz but it was sweet. Sweet pikliz!!! And I thought the rice was gonna be a side portion but it's like I ordered a plate of rice and a side of fried pork instead of the other way around. Sigh! I'm truly disappointed. I've been in the mood for some good Haitian fried pork and this truly disappoints me"

"The pate was hugeee & the crust was soooo good. So crispy after taking a trip here. My only thing is I would have loved it to be more spicy and just a tad bit extra salt/maggie which brings my rating down to a 7/10 . It was delicious. I'm a satisfied Haitian customer. Would definitely order again and ask for a kick next time lol"

"Love love love this Steak Fried Rice & I'm pickyyyy. Well not picky fr but my food gotta be SEASONED! Get Cajun spice! It's rarely spicy but a nice kick(I would ask for extra spice but I have a low spice tolerance lol. Do with that what you will) The 3pc Fried Catfish Fingers is soo good especially w that garlic butter. This my second time ordering the same exact thing lol and I would definitely order it again. I shared with my boyfriend both times so the portion is definitely worth the price."

"Everything came out deliciousMakaroni was very tasteful and the Griot (Fried Pork) was definitely a top runner."
"I ended up using DoorDash, which was a fast service. The price of the food was definitely not worth the quality that I had received an extreme amount of rice compared to the meat. The meat had good flavor, but unfortunately, the rice taste it old. I'm not sure if some people know what that refrigerator taste is like, but I truly think that if they're going to put food in the refrigerator, they need to put a few boxes of baking soda to absorb that smell and flavor. If the rice was fresh, then the restaurant would've definitely received five stars but again quite expensive for what I received. Hopefully after this review, they would be able to do better next time. Happy Sunday."

"Desayuno Dominicano Hue Gueso Sal is recommended!!! Unfortunately, the Morir Soñando was too overly sweet and just tasted as condense milk; also did not appreciate how small the cup was.
