I worked at a Carl's Jr restaurant in Ventura in the early 1980s, and the food was excellent at that time, but the company was still owned by the Karcher family, so that would probably be one reason why the food was superior. These days the buns are rather tasteless, and tend to absorb the sauces and flatten out. The lettuce lacks texture, and is better suited for floral arrangements than hamburgers. "The burrito was about 90% rice. Very little meat was in this burrito. It had no flavor as well. While building the burrito on the app, it did the opposite. When I received it, all of the ingredients were on the side so I had to literally opened up the tortilla and put everything in there. Of course that didn't work because it fell apart. So I basically had one big messy plate of rice with about five pieces of meat.

"I absolutely love Korean food. I have had so many Korean girlfriends and have tried so many different Korean mother and grandmother's cooking so I know what to expect from the consistency to the flavor of actual traditional Korean food. This is not a knock off imitation: this is the real deal. Everything I have tried here has smacked. The Japchae has just the right amount of sesame oil and the squishyness of the glass noodles is just right. I am obsessed with the A3. Tteokbokki. No other restaurant has been able to replicate the Korean halmeoni taste EXCEPT here. I have had BCD, all the big name Korean spots in LA and none have matched the perfect taste of this dish except here. Another incredible thing about this spot is that they use PAPER packaging for their takeout instead of the poisonous black plastic sludge that literally everywhere else uses. Come here! You will not regret it! Trust."
