"I haven't been here in years but it's still tastes the same. The Almond Chicken Combination Dinners  was good, the chicken was good but the rice looked like it was in a warming tray and had a hint of cooking wine??. The Egg Drop Soup was very yummy but I would prefer wontons over crackers. Lastly the Sweet & Sour Chicken Cantonese Style was very good Wongs does it well and Im so glad to have them in my favorites "
"The taste of the food I ordered from Wong's Garden was horribly disappointing & incredibly sad. I will not return and quite frankly a refund is in order for this horrible food experience. 

The Egg Drop Soup was salty & spilled out into the bottom of the plastic bag. It was not hot at all nor warm. The Hot & Sour Soup was only fair tasting but was hot . 

The Egg Roll (1)  Appetizers was not hot and came with a yellow, watered down "type of duck sauce", devoid of much flavor. The pot stickers were deep fried NOT pan fried, so they too were cold, hard, dry. 

The Fresh Shrimp Egg Foo Young (Pint) - Egg Foo Young two patties was flavorless, gravy was more grey than brown and the shrimp were way OVERCOOKED. So they were rubbery and also devoid of any seasoning. 

Additionally, it came with the very smallest box of rice known to man, which was NOT enough for two Fresh Shrimp Egg Foo Young (Pint) Egg Foo Young two patties.  The rice was also devoid of flavor and was over cooked, mushy. 

I **would not recommend this place and will not purchase anything from this particular restaurant Wong's Garden ever again. 

Overall.....Poor quality, poor quantity, devoid of flavor/seasoning, cold items temperature wise, NOT a good value for the subpar food you are getting. 

Not at all fair to the customer paying good, hard earned money just to be served bad food. New cooks with improved recipes are needed ASAP.

"I wish I had remebered to take a photo before we started eating but it looked so good. The #7. Almond Boneless Chicken is one of my favorite dishes from here and only here, no one around does it better. 

The chicken was fried & seasoned to perfection, not too crunchy but absolutely fresh. The rice was also perfect, with plenty of flavor, green onions and bean sprouts. The gravy is alwsy flavorful and delicious as well. 

The serving size is more than adequate as I shared it with my husband and were both full. The temperature was still hot and hands down the best Chinese food around. I wish I had taken better photos but will be sure to update when I order from here again.

"So this was my first time ordering from Lam's. I work nearby and keep getting told from friends that they like this place, and it took me months before I finally decided to try it out. Reviews all say they love *No.2 General Tso's Chicken, and I have to say I agree; if you order it with Medium heat, it's just right. My only gripe is that the pieces of each chicken are HUGE and would be much more enjoyable to share with my family if they were half the size. I got the pork fried rice in that combo meal and the taste was good! I also tried the *General Tso’s Tofu on the side and I like it. It comes with plain rice, which is perfect. The Vegetable Spring Roll (1) I ordered had good taste and has the perfect crunch. All in all, will consider trying them again. The taste is there, and my family can agree."
"There were some hits & misses with my order; more misses than hits for this order. And, they did not add my egg roll in with my order ...only the spring roll. 

I do hope they improve upon attention to detail and going lighter on the salt or soy sauce used to prepare some dishes, which can be too salty to truly enjoy. 

Ordered the Shrimp Egg Foo Young Combination,  plus Hot & Sour Soup (Mild, plus one Egg Roll & one Spring Roll and an order of Pan fried dumplings.

The Shrimp Egg Foo Young was plentiful (a very generous portion), yet a tad salty. The fried rice (I added Shrimp to it for $5) had peas & carrots in it, which I don't care for, and the peas were just too hard & dry and carrots were mushy. 

The rice itself had a good flavor but a tad too salty & the gravy was well seasoned. The shrimp were tasty and large-sized. I asked for extra garlic & green onion on my entree to boost the flavor. 

Unfortunately, the Hot & Sour Soup was way TOO HOT/SPICY as I asked for mild but the slice was overpowering everything and I could not eat it. 

The Pan fried dumplings were bland and the dipping sauce was too salty and had too much vinegar in it to enjoy the dumplings. 

The sauce should be well-balanced in flavor (sweet/vinegar) and still be deliciously savory, adding to the flavor of the dumpling filling, but mine was devoid of flavor. 

Again, I was missing an Egg Roll in my order but did receive the Spring Roll (all veggies), which had an underlying salty aftertaste I did not like. The wonton wrappers used were very oily.

Will try them again some other time to see if there is any improvement. Give them a try and decide for yourself."
