"I would give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered a burrito through DoorDash, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish.
First, the food arrived ice cold to the touch—not even lukewarm, just freezing. When I opened it up, I discovered they completely left out the white rice base, turning the entire burrito into a soggy, disintegrated, inedible mess inside the tortilla. To top it off, the side of chips we received was completely stale.
The absolute worst part? The kitchen knew they were ruining the meal before they even sent it out. They attached a handwritten note on the back of the receipt casually admitting they were entirely out of both rice and guacamole (which I was fully charged for). Instead of canceling the order or contacting me to substitute, they chose to pocket the money and knowingly deliver a ruined, freezing, incomplete order.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service and quality control. Avoid this location."
