"First of all, if you go into this thinking the Three Drumsticks will be like the Korean fried chicken you're used to, you will not be prepared for the reality of them. They're absolutely HUGE, and the skin is crispy in a distinctly Southern way. The gochujang sauce is really rich and flavorful, too. And yes, don't worry, it comes with pickled radish like all good KFC should.
At the other corners of the flavor spectrum, there's the Smashed Cucumber Salad, which is light and refreshing, and the Garlic Butter Rice, which is peak comfort food (but does, in my opinion, definitely benefit from hot sauce).
