They also put in what amounts to a small jar of pickles and half an onion (without me having to ask). Sauce was their regular sauce but I think they have a sweet one and a spicy one, too. The picanha cut is a favorite of Gustavo Tosta (Gugu Foods YouTube channel), though in his case he's talking about the top sirloin cut of beef, TdB offers this, also.
