"this place is amazing, the food is always wonderful, they package things very well so even if there is a little spill it doesnt get everywhere. the Buy 2 Pho And Get 1 Appetizer or Beverages FREE (Regular Size Pho) deal is honestly such a great deal. out of all the pho places ive tried, this is easily my favorite. the first time I tried it, I literally ordered it again the next day because its so good. please please give this place a chance! I love Pho Country House! ♡"

"Everything was delish!😋
Really appreciated the large, extra strong Vietnamese Coffee!"
"This was such a disappointment. Their fresh roll was made with green leaf lettuce with zero basil, thai basil, mint, or cilantro. The shrimp was tasteless. I had the rice noddles with pork and eggroll. And the sugar load was completely through the roof. I am diabetic and eat Vietnamese food often -- this meal sent me through the roof -- highest in my life. Which basically tells me they replaced all the herbal flavors and fish umami with salt and sugar. I will not be returning. "

"Ordered from this place multiple times in a week when I discovered this place 😭 I don't usually ever see a crispy pork bánh mì so I wanted to try it here. I have to mention everything I noticed because I've had bánh mì that misses in these departments: The bread is soft inside and lightly toasted, so it's not tough to bite into or cut the inside of your mouth. The pork belly is ALWAYS crunchy. Jalapeños are cut lengthwise for even spice distribution. They have ALL the condiments... they do not skimp - the soy garlic sauce compliments the pork, and they slathered on that pâté like they're making it for their own family. They also put in mayo as a nice balance to the salty-sour. A lot of places only give you 1-2 out of 3 condiments. The carrots are actually pickled - I've had non pickled before and it just doesn't hit. The veggie-meat balance is perfect. I've had my share of bánh mì, and I can tell you they KNOW bánh mì. It's worth it and the best bánh mí I've had in my 30 years alive🤭"
"The pork belly and combo banh mi are both so authentic. The pork belly was crispy. The thit nguoi combo was exactly as it should be. Love that we don't have to travel far for banh mi. We buy this weekly now! "

"Outstanding portions and the flavor of everything was just wonderful. The natural flavor of the broth was so good before adding anything and once you added everything, it was unbelievably good. The fried spring rolls are so meaty and light at the same time. "Everything tasted amazing! Awesome spring Egg Rolls, Tofu Sandwich. :) Bubble tea options are great too!"
"I'm not sure why this place has such great ratings. The sandwich barely had anything on it. The steak had a lot of gristle. Th Pho had giant pieces of broccoli, carrots and peas, barely any noodles and no flavor. The spring rolls were the only good thing."

"B2. Large Beef stew in with Baguette / Bánh mì sốt vang lớn is lighter than Bo Kho. Lots of meat, love that. Very beefy with a little hint of lime. I ate it with a bunch of cilatro, it cuts that beefiness, so good. I would love if theyd add bo kho to the menu.
D3. Beef Brisket and Beef Ball Phở nam bo vien good pho. Great aroma, lots of meat again. Cant go wrong.
F2. Grilled Pork and Egg Roll with Vermicelli/Bún thịt nướng chả giò egg roll is OKAY, the grilled pork is REALLY good, you can smell it as you open the box. The vermicelli is eh but it's underatandable, it's hard to make dried vermicelli taste like the fresh ones.
All the meats are TENDER and delicious. "
"Okay this is absolutely the best take out experience i have had while ordering pho! The broth is super flavorful and very well done not too concentrated on one flavor or another, the noodles have just the right amount of bite but very silky, the veggies are fresh and the lime is half a wedge but its a LARGE wedge so its more than other places give. You also get a packet of sriracha and hoison sauce which for me is a must. The tea is delicious not too sweet and lots of flavor as well, and just the right amount of boba pearls. The portions are very fair for the price and they give the proper amount of each ingredient for a well balanced bowl of pho! But my favorite part is that they include a bowl for you and a broth spoon so you dont have to worry about not having the proper utensils! The broth was hot the tea was cold ice wasnt melted, they go above and beyond to provide a delicious meal. Instantly made me feel better while unwell. The ONLY complaint I could have is that the brisket was more fatty than I prefer. I forgot to get pictures before chowing down! If you're looking to order pho for delivery this is the place to go with."

"Overall, the food here was good, but a few things are worth mentioning. I've been eating Tom Yum soup for decades, and the base is always prepared in the same way. A hot and sour broth with button mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and cilantro. The Tom Yum soup here has a very good broth, but it's filled with vermicelli noodles, scallions, spinach and peanuts. Although it was very tasty, it was definitely not a classic Tom Yum, if that's what you're expecting.
We also had N5. Pad Kee Mao (Thai Spiced Noodle) and N2. Pad Thai. These were both solid choices, with the shrimp on the phad thai being plentiful and good quality. That said, we're used to 3 stars being medium hot, but here it's very spicey!! "

The A7. Ice Coconut Coffee / Cà Phê Sữa Dừa is creamy, very tasty but I wish I'd ordered the 20 oz! The B3. Grilled Pork / Heo Nuong is very good, a great balance of meat and veggies. I usually don't eat sandwiches but these are delicious. The fries could be a bit crispier for me but I like a little more crunch"
"First time I tried this place. Easy parking, clean and organized inside, friendly staff. Bánh mì was good, veggies were fresh and crisp. Basil Popcorn Chicken was good but could have been better with a few more basil leaves (more like the photo on the menu). Peach Orange Lemongrass Tea was delicious and D13. Peach Black Tea with strawberry popping pearls is what I will be going back for soon. Unfortunately, the Deep Fried Bananas couldn't have been more disappointing. They were fried bread "pockets" with essentially nothing inside. There were traces of what probably started as bananas, but only traces (maybe 5% of the original volume of banana) remained after frying. Nevertheless, I'll be back for the sandwiches and drinks and I'm glad to have a new restaurant nearby that I like this well!"

"The spring rolls were thin and jenky. There was a sliver of meat per roll, no mint or basil in there, and it was only about an inch thick. It's definitely not worth $6. The fried tofu, gyoza, and noodle bowl combo had decent flavor. It was unfortunate that they didn't include utensils in my to go order. "The first time I tried a banh mih sandwich was from this restaurant. I had heard of banh mih before and never thought I would like it because I'm not really a sandwich person. But I tried it on a whim from this restaurant and fell in love. Afterwards, I have tried other restaurants in the area that specialize in banh mih but none of them quite compare to this one. Perfect sandwich size, perfect filling amount and options, and the bread has the perfect crisp to it. The bubble tea options are also amazing to have on the side of your banh mih sandwich. My favorite is the Fruits Drink which has actual chunks of fruit in it and I can't seem to find this type of bubble tea anywhere else. I also pair it with the amazingly tasty Banh Mi Curry Chicken which I also can't seem to find anywhere else. It looks like I will forever be loyal to Banh Mih Bites as my go to banh mih place for as long as it exists XD. "
"Super nice and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the Banh Mi Grilled Pork mi grilled pork was stale, lacking flavor and filled with too many pickled onions/carrots. The Tofu Rice Bowl rice bowl was also bland with overcooked rice. The Pandan Milk Tea tasted nothing like pandan and lacked sweetness. VBMR11. Vietnamese Stir Fry Beef Lemongrass Sandwich (Regular Size)
Bread
The foundation of a bánh mì is a crispy, airy baguette. Unlike traditional French baguettes, the Vietnamese version is lighter, with a thin, crackly crust and a fluffy interior, making it easier to bite into.
Proteins (Fillings)
Traditional choices often include pork in various forms: grilled pork, pork belly, roast pork, Vietnamese cold cuts (chả lụa, head cheese), or pâté.
Other versions may feature chicken, beef, tofu, or even eggs for vegetarian or modern twists.
A thin layer of rich, savory pâté is a signature element that enhances umami depth.
Vegetables
Fresh pickled vegetables—pickled carrots and daikon (đồ chua)—provide tangy crunch.
Fresh cucumber slices add juiciness and a cooling effect.
Fresh cilantro sprigs introduce a bright, herbal note.
Optional additions include sliced jalapeños or bird’s eye chili for heat.
Condiments
Mayonnaise or butter spread lightly on the bread for creaminess.
Soy sauce or Maggi seasoning sometimes drizzled for a savory punch.
Chili sauce or sriracha may be added for spiciness.
Flavor Profile
The bánh mì balances crispy, savory, tangy, spicy, and fresh elements in each bite.
The baguette delivers crunch, the proteins provide richness, the pickled vegetables cut through with acidity, and the herbs/chilies give freshness and heat.
Presentation
Typically served wrapped in paper for easy handheld eating.
A single bánh mì is filling but light enough to enjoy as a snack or meal.

"I've been in-person many times but hadn't ordered their Gối Cuốn Chay (2) since those are available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Le's are very good! Well wrapped generously with fresh fillings. "Always looking for the best pho delivery, decided to try this place out. Broth was good, order packaged with care.
Used to larger size when ordering XL. 2 bucks extra for veg amounted to two pieces of broccoli and carrot, with a bit of cabbage. " The #43. Lemongrass Chicken & Vermicelli noodle bowl is delicious and the portion size is large. The sauce on the side is a sweet dressing for the cucumber salad. Perfect for lunch or dinner and super tasty. "
"This is by far my favorite Vietnamese restaurant, and I've eaten at almost all of them in the area. There is a lot to choose from, and I'll tell you what sets this one apart. There is the same sweet longevous lady working in the kitchen who is the most OG authentic Vietnamese chef you can find. I lovingly call her Mama. She cooks from the heart. She takes extra time because she wants the dishes to represent the best of Vietnam. She's here because her heart and soul is in it to win it. She has been teaching others her secret ways to carry on her legacy. Makes me confident that the dishes will stay consistent for a very long time.
The restaurant is under new ownership and he's already made some beautiful upgrades inside. He's young, ambitious, and has grown up in an entire family of restauranteurs. I feel awful for not remembering his name. It's in his blood he is in full gear to grow fans to this long standing restaurant. I strongly encourage you to order from here, but also please visit them in person to say hello and help them increase their profits!
My favorite dish is the Vietnamese crepe, the incredible Bánh xèo. I don't understand why, but it's like the great white buffalo to find at Vietnamese restaurants. Mama makes it perfect! So crispy on the outside and full of pork and large shrimp. The produce is fresh. The pickled veggies are addictive. And then there's the BEST part!! You dont get a cup of dark smelly fish sauce to dip your bites in. They make an amazing sauce that's out of this world!
As I rave over my favort dish, I must say they also have the richest and tastiest pho around. It is soul comforting food. Pho is so good for you in the first place. Add some heat and it's the ultimate solution when you're sick. I was a performer and had to speak in front of crowds at least 3 times a week. When I would get a cold, I never ran to the medicine cabinet, I ran to Pho on 44th! Never failed to fix me up proper by the next day. It would clear up my voice, my congestion, and my lungs. It made me capable of feeling better enough to keep going and shortened the average time of my colds to just a couple days! How can food this fantastic also be medicine? Ask Mama if you speak Vietnamese!
When you have an option to choose delicious, healthy, and satisfying food; or greasy burgers and fries that makes you have regret the next day- make the obvious choice. Grab some Pho on 44th! "

"Fantastic Pho! Best in the area! We have shopped around the area for pho for the past few years and nothing compares to Pho Bothell. Their bahn mi is so fresh with fresh baguettes and the flavor is always top notch. Their pho is also incredible. The broth stays hot until you're ready to eat it and the noodles never stick together. They break apart perfectly every time no matter how long you wait to eat. We order typically around 7pm and eat around 9pm and the pho is still fresh and hot. Not only is the flavor really good with everything we've purchased, they are always super friendly and punctual! We order and the order is ready in record time. Do not pass up on eating here! "
"I ordered for delivery and the items were all to well packaged. I ordered the Veggie and Tofu Pho (Pho Dau Hu) and Tofu Fresh Rolls (Goi Coun Chay ) the broth for the Pho was so delicious I almost ate half of it before realizing I had more toppings I could be adding. From what I could tell veggies included onion, cilantro, bok choy, broccoli and carrots. The Tofu Fresh rolls were good but not my favorite simply because they had just greens, noodles and tofu with a more hoisin sauce heavy peanut sauce. "
