I like my pozole SPICY and this is just the right amount of spicy without being overboard, and the taste really shows their work and fresh ingredients, they aren't stingy with the meat either like I've seen at some other places where you get 70% broth and barely anything else, there is lots of meat and hominy. They are my go to and so when pozole was unavailable for a short time I was so bummed, but it's back and I've been using every excuse to order it constantly!"
