"I decided to try Sahara after seeing a local post about how the owner treated a homeless man with such kindness and generosity. The owner asked if he was hungry and made him a plate instead of "kicking him out" of the restaurant - that kind of compassion deserves support.
I’m so glad I gave this place a try! The food was absolutely amazing – flavorful, large portions, and a great price point. It also arrived super fast. I added more items to the order last minute (with 6 minutes left), but it was too late, so I ended up with two dashers for one order – still, everything arrived perfectly.
This might just become my go-to DoorDash spot when I’m working downtown. Highly recommend giving them a try!

"The food was amazing. The Gyros have been the best I’ve had by far, at any restaurant, between here and Illinois. The order was filled correctly, the food got here warm. The pita bread… I have no words - maybe I should say exquisite. The only complaint that I would have is that the euros needed a bit more Taziki sauce. I figured they would, so I ordered the pita bread with Taziki sauce which supplied plenty of extra sauce for the gyros.
The only disappointment that I had was the large fries or a bit deceiving from the picture in the restaurant profile versus what I received. What I received was similar to a Five Guys cup of fries, but not overflowing. Don’t get me wrong that was just the size of the amount of fries I received. The fries were also excellent and well-made.
This will definitely be our go to for gyros. Next time we will just know to order more fries, because there really was only enough for one, even though it said large."

"Flavor was good. It was a fast delivery but, the food was pretty cold. I had to reheat the calzone and the slice of pizza. The calzone was soggy, but crisped up in the oven. The food was wrapped with foil, a little poorly packed.
The cannoli was really good. 3 small cannolis. However they were packed on top of the calzone and pizza. If the food was hot they could have potentially melted a bit. I think the portions are a bit small for the price. The slice of pizza was small for $4.50 and the calzone was $18 for just cheese. Additional topping are expensive. We added olives, pepperoni and whole garlic. It tasted great but definitely a little less stuffed than a typical calzone. Again, it tasted great when re warmed but some things you consider. I would probably order again, but maybe go eat in person instead of doing a delivery."
