• 2/20/238 piece meal only contained 1 breast & 1 leg. The remainder was all wings & thighs, which are generally considered to be the considerably less desirable & less expensive pieces.
I feel like I got short-changed. :-(
& the DoorDash Help bot only offered me a $2 credit for the issue.
$2 won't buy me even half of another chicken breast. :-/
....
That said, the chicken was tasty, the coleslaw & biscuits were AWESOME, & the delivery was super fast. Very Happy that they included several honey packets for the multiple biscuits that I ordered.
...
Oh, & don't bother selecting Spoons, Fork, & Knife, as you will only get a "Spork".
...
All things considered, this order left me with mixed feelings about this KFC. I might order from them again, OR I might order from Popeye's (or another chicken seller) the next time instead.

• 7/23/26KFC used to have the best chicken and gravy. I guess they just don't care what they sell to the consumers. The gravy has no flavor whatsoever and the chicken looks and taste like it's sitting somewhere for hours. Not a happy customer.

• 3/1/25Ordered Famous Bowl Combo and it was literally a bowl of mashed potatoes and corn. 4 pieces of chicken and no gravy. It was so dry and they forgot the drinks.

• 4/2/26My son and I ordered KFC tonight. I haven't ordered KFC for a minute because last time I got a chicken was old and dried out well to my surprise is still old and dried out. He spent $70. The least they can do is give you fresh chicken. The mashed potatoes had too much water in it. The gravy was a little bland again $70. We should be getting the best you got.
